Melanie was bright and joyful and very kind. She explained each step before she performed it and was empathetic. The pharmacy was out of the medication she ordered, but she quickly sent a new order. She also encouraged me to call if I did not feel better with the medication. I definitely recommend Melanie DeYoung.

Had surgery recently with Dr. Campbell which I was extremely nervous for but Dr. and entire team was so caring and took their time making me feel at ease. Dr. Campbells assistant, Alyssa is such a sweetheart! She calls back with any concerns I have and listened and explains everything so clearly. Love this team and am excited for a healthy recovery.

The staff in the check in and check out are very friendly and helpful. The doctor assistants are also very mindful and show interest in the patient. Dr. Venkatesh takes the time to listen and understand your situation. Also, he explains what he observed so you understand your case better.

Dr K Venkatesh, Has always been a professional with a lot of experience. He has helped me and I think he is very concerned for my well being.

Dr. Campbell is the best. He is patient and listens well. After checking you over, he gives his recommendations and why . He is open to learning from you and admits where his profession can do better. He is realistic with a boyish sense of humor that makes you smile. You leave with a game plan to follow.

Melanie took her time going over my colonoscopy results and the issues that lead up to that and the referral from Dr. Stein. She was caring + professional during exam and subsequent procedure after explaining my options and what to expect after.

She’s amazing, I was misdiagnosed somewhere else and came in with excruciating pain and left with so much relief. I had a huge abscess that was overlooked at other hospitals but immediately when I walked in I was correctly diagnosed and treated same day. This whole team is amazing

Melanie was very pleasant, but didn't explain everything that that the doctor was going to do for me. Doing to registration paperwork was a royal pain! Had to do it 3 times, because the website was not taking it the first 2 times And to answer all the questions for the patient portal? Just shoot me!!! I felt like I was writing a novel!

She made me feel like she cared. She knew what needed to be done and she did it. She explained what she was doing and told me what would be done later. She let me leave the office with hope.

Dr Venkatesh always answers all my questions. He listens to my concerns, and doesn’t ever demean me. If I request a prescription, he doesn’t try to redirect me. I requested no opioids following my surgery and he listened. I feel my recovery is going much faster because of that. He is super kind.

Dr VenKatesh is the most knowledgeable and attentive Doctor I have ever had. He took the extra time explaining everything to me and my children. My surgery went very well and he was at the hospital each morning once again making sure I was comfortable and understanding everything. Went home after 2 days after colon resection surgery. Very little discomfort. Thank you Dr Venkatesh.

I have known Dr. K.C. Venkatesh since I was 15, and I’m now 55. My parents were patients of his years ago so I became a patient years later. He has always been a consummate professional with terrific bedside manner. His staff are kind and welcoming and always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them and their services!!

Dr. Campbell is a rarity in the medical profession. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, as one does with doctor’s appointments. Dr. Campbell was prompt and ready to go at my scheduled appointment time! He was brief but explanatory, thorough and explained every bit of the process.

Dr Campbell is very pleasant to deal with very thorough a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else very cautious on what he is doing, and if you have any issues, he will address them with you and take the next step that needs to be done
